1 Eligibility

ClaudeMock provides access to digital exam preparation materials, including past papers, mock tests, and related study resources (“Content”). Content is delivered through a personal account and dashboard rather than as a one-time file transfer. Access to purchased Content is tied to your account and is available for the duration and scope described on the product page at the time of purchase.

3 Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@claudemock.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Purchases and Payment

• Prices are listed on the Site in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your chosen payment method.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase, except taxes on our net income.
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5 License to Use Content

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account access or the Content with any third party;
• Upload, post, or share Content on any other website, file-sharing service, social media platform, or messaging group;
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots, download managers) to bulk-download or extract Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notice contained in the Content;
• Use the Content to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to liability for copyright infringement.

6 Intellectual Property

All Content, compilations, question arrangements, explanations, branding, and site design are the property of ClaudeMock or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7 Accuracy of Content Disclaimer

Past papers and mock materials are provided for practice and preparation purposes. While we take care in sourcing and organizing Content, we do not guarantee that any past paper is identical to, or predictive of, actual future exam content, format, or difficulty. ClaudeMock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any examination board or certifying body unless expressly stated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

9 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE CONTENT WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR EXAM OUTCOME OR SCORE.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEMOCK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaudeMock and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@claudemock.com.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClaudeMock operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
